The Lenape Regional High School District (LRHSD) will host district-wide safe trick-or-treating events, giving area children safe venues to celebrate Halloween.
All four high schools have decorated their hallways and are prepared to welcome children on different days over the weekend and on the holiday. In addition to trick-or-treating for candy, participating children will enjoy games, crafts and more holiday-themed activities planned by each school’s various clubs and volunteers.
All children are welcome to any of the following events with adult supervision:
- Shawnee High School (600 Tabernacle Rd., Medford) on Oct. 26 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
- Cherokee High School (120 Tomlinson Mill Rd., Marlton) on Oct. 27 from 2 to 4 p.m.
- Lenape High School (235 Hartford Rd., Medford) on Oct. 27 from noon to 2 p.m.
- Seneca High School (110 Carranza Rd., Tabernacle) on Oct. 31 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Children participating in Seneca’s safe trick-or-treat are asked to bring one non-perishable food item, which the school will donate to a local family.
