Haddonfield realtor’s office tops in charity collection

Haddonfield branch topped list of offices with almost 1,200 pairs donated.

According to a release issued by the company, Coldwell Banker Preferred offices throughout the Delaware Valley region collected a total of 3,911 pairs of new and gently used shoes for Soles4Souls, a non-profit social enterprise that creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.

The Haddonfield branch clocked in with the highest number of donations: 1,188 pairs of shoes. Offices which also contributed the highest number of donations to the effort were Exton, Pa. – 947 pairs; Moorestown, N.J. – 921 pairs; Blue Bell, Pa. – 344 and Media, Pa. – 139.

“The results of the first-ever shoe collection drive for Soles4Souls was impressive,” noted David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred. “I am very proud of the affiliated agents, staff and clients for their generosity and for coming together to benefit this worthwhile charity in order to help people from around the world.”

Shoes donated to the Soles4Souls micro-enterprise program offer the opportunity for people all over the world to create small businesses selling shoes and clothing.
