Rachel Solden, a recent Cherry Hill East Graduate, was recently awarded the Senior Scholarship from the Lightbridge Foundation, an in-house non-profit organization associated with Lightbridge Academy. The $500 scholarship will be helping her during her start in the fall at The College of New Jersey where she will be studying Elementary Education and Art Education. The scholarship is given out every year to one student at Cherry Hill East.
Solden was awarded the scholarship due to her academic achievements, leadership and community involvement. Her teachers and guidance counselors at Cherry Hill East see her as a model student with a strong will to succeed.
