On Friday, the borough of Haddonfield issued a release stating a special meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 2 to announce the interim commissioner who will take the role vacated by John Moscatelli. It is scheduled to occur at 7 p.m. in Room 102 of Borough Hall.
Moscatelli officially submitted his letter of resignation to Mayor Neal Rochford, effective June 30.
For the last month, Rochford and fellow commissioner Jeffrey Kasko have been involved in the interview process, whittling down from an initial list of 24 candidates.
