Conquering Diabetes program coming to Burlington County Library

The evidence-based program incorporates self-care education guidelines.

The first class will take place in the library’s meeting room on April 18 at 10 a.m.

These workshops are being offered in cooperation with Quality Insights, EDC (Everyone with Diabetes Counts) and Quality Improvement Organizations.

This program is free and open to the public.
