Borough Commissioner Jeffrey S. Kasko was scheduled to have a pre-indictment conference at Camden County Superior Court in Camden at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3.
Kasko was due to appear in regard to a pair of incidents that occurred at his residence on the morning of Feb. 13 involving a process server and a member of the borough’s police department, which resulted in 10 charges levied against him.
A representative in the Superior Court of Camden County told The Sun the conference did not occur on that date and time due to a scheduling error. A new date has not been set.
