The following information is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:
On March 13 — through a month-long cooperative investigation between the Burlington County Prosecutors Office Narcotic Task Force and the Evesham Township Police Department — officials arrested a pair of females from Laurel Springs who were allegedly selling methamphetamine in Evesham Township.
As a result of the investigation, police say they stopped the pair while they were operating a vehicle near Route 70 and Locust Avenue. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, police allegedly found distribution amounts of methamphetamine and cash located inside the car.
Police then arrested each occupant.
Arrested:
A female, age 42, of Laurel Springs, was arrested and charged with third-degree distribution of methamphetamine, third-degree possession of methamphetamine and fourth-degree conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Burlington County Jail.
A female, age 36, of Laurel Springs, was arrested and charged with third-degree distribution of methamphetamine, third-degree possession of methamphetamine and fourth-degree conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Burlington County Jail.
