Rose Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a lease in Cherry Hill for a local hospice care organization.
Brett Davidoff, vice president with Rose Commercial Real Estate, represented Lighthouse Hospice in lease negotiations for a 3,664-square foot office. Located at 200 Lake Drive in Cherry Hill, the South Jersey-based organization, and recipient of the HEALTHCAREfirst 2018 Hospice Honors Elite award has been providing care to people with life limiting illnesses and their loved ones for more than 20 years.
In discussing the deal, Davidoff said, “Maintaining top level hospice care in the community is a win for those at a very difficult time. Having a nationally recognized facility in our backyard, we can be confident our families will receive the best possible support.”
