Rose Commercial Real Estate negotiated the lease for the medical company and the landlord, Kings Highway RE Associates LLC.
Brett Davidoff, vice president of Rose Commercial Real Estate, represented both parties in the negotiation of a long-term lease for North American Spine and Pain Consultants for 7,170 square feet of office space.
The East Coast-based company has 12 medical facilities in four states. Located at 1601 North Kings Highway in Cherry Hill, this new site will help further their commitment to outstanding spine and pain care, clinical excellence, community-based education and research with the goal of enhancing patients’ quality of life. “It is always rewarding to represent such a well-respected major medical organization,” Davidoff said. “Our entire community can benefit.”
