Berlin Borough residents are able to have firefighters check their existing smoke detectors or install a new one for free
The Berlin Fire Company №1 is participating in a free Smoke Detector Assistance Program.
The program benefits all residents of Berlin Borough and is free of charge. Firefighters will come out to your residence and install a new smoke detector if needed, as well as check and replace batteries in currently existing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
