Jan. 1
· Officers took a missing person report for a juvenile who had not returned home as of 1:30 a.m. Officers located the juvenile at a friend’s house.
· Officers took a report in Wenonah for a subject who had exposed himself to a female jogger in the wooded trails. Units checked the area and located a subject that partially matched the description given by the witness.
· Officers conducted foot patrol of the Wenonah Lake area.
· Officers assisted units from Woodbury Heights Police Department for a report of multiple gunshots being heard. Investigation revealed it was fireworks.
· Ptl. Oldrati conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested the driver for possession of drugs.
Jan. 2
· Ptl. Krieger conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested an occupant for outstanding warrants. They were turned over to the Westville Police Department.
· Officers assisted a motorist that had locked his keys in his vehicle while at his house.
· Units responded to a shoplifter at the Walgreens store that had stolen Ensure and left in a vehicle.
· Units responded to a resident who found fireworks in her trashcan.
· Units responded to a single vehicle crash in which a vehicle struck a deer on Heilig Road.
· Officers took a report that a caller’s ex is threatening to shoot them during their sleep.
Jan. 3
· Units responded to J. Mason Tomlin School for items that were found on the playground.
· Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the area of Jackson and Breakneck Roads.
· Officers responded to a vehicle that had struck several parked vehicles, ran across a yard damaging Christmas lights and eventually crashed into shrubbery before running from his disabled vehicle. He was located, resisted arrest and was transported to the hospital to obtain a BAC level.
Jan. 4
· Officers responded to a domestic dispute between roommates in the Villages of Berkley in which one told the other they had to leave.
· Units responded to a two-vehicle crash on Main Street in the area of the Barnsboro Inn.
· Units responded to a house in which a neighbor saw two people walking out of a house with flashlights.
· Officers responded to a hunting complaint in which there were hunters on private property.
· Units responded to a domestic dispute between a grandson and his grandmother in which the grandson was damaging items in the house.
· Officers assisted a disabled motorist that had a vehicle broken down in the middle of the road. We were able to move it out of the travel lane until help could arrive.
· Ptl. Oldrati arrested a subject on a motor vehicle stop for several outstanding warrants out of various jurisdictions.
· Sgt. Hayes and Ptl. Hauss arrested a subject for huffing and shoplifting from the Rite Aid store on Glassboro Road.
Jan. 5
· Ptl. Mroz arrested a subject during a motor vehicle stop for active warrants.
· Units responded to a crash on Mantua Boulevard in the area of Glassboro Road.
· Units responded to the Heritages store for a report of a male entering the store with a ski mask on. Responding units found the male just had his hood to his sweatshirt up to keep warm.
· Units responded to a crash in which a vehicle ran off the road on Lambs Road by Tylers Mill Road.
· Units checked Center Street for a report of a slippery substance on the roadway. Officers could not locate anything out of the ordinary.
· Patrols responded to a minor crash in the parking lot of Hoffman DiMuzio Law firm.
· Units responded to a domestic dispute between a couple in which the victim called her brother in Pennsylvania to report the incident.
· Patrols responded to an argument between a husband and wife.
Jan. 6
· Units responded to a domestic dispute in which there was a report that a male had a gun and was going to harm himself. His location was tracked and officers from Camden County were able to intercept him.
· Officers supervised community service workers who cleanup up litter on Jackson Road.
· Officers conducted foot patrol in the Lowes shopping center.
· Units responded to a psychiatric emergency in which an adult male was not acting appropriately and was transported to the hospital.
· Officers assisted a motorist that could not get into their vehicle at the Target store.
· Patrols responded to a domestic dispute involving the parents and their 4-year-old daughter.
· Patrols checked on a child that was left home alone, however we found the father was home with the child.
Jan. 7
· Ptl. Krieger arrested a subject on a motor vehicle stop for outstanding warrants.
· Officers took a fraud report in which the victim had her identity stolen.
· Units responded to a three-vehicle crash on Mantua Boulevard near Center Street.
· Officers took a theft report in which the victim had a PlayStation and controllers stolen by their nephew.
· Units took a missing person report in which an adult male has not been seen since the night prior.
· Officers responded to a domestic dispute between a mother and her adult son. The son left the house prior to our arrival.
Jan. 8
· Units responded to a crash on Mt. Royal Road in the area of Bridgeton Pike.
· Patrols responded for a wellbeing check for a subject who was threatening to harm themselves. We made contact and arranged transport for the subject to go to the hospital.
· Officers conducted foot patrol in the Kohl’s shopping center.
· Units responded to a crash on Woodbury-Glassboro Road in which a vehicle made an improper U-Turn causing the crash.
· Units responded to a crash on Mt. Royal Road in the area of Bridgeton Pike.
· Officers responded to a minor crash in the Walgreens parking lot where a vehicle backed into a FedEx truck.
· Officers responded to a noise complaint from an apartment on Center Street in which there was a loud noise coming from one apartment.
· Ptl. Crispin conducted a motor vehicle stop and found an occupant to have an active warrant for failing to pay child support. They were arrested and transported to the jail.
Jan. 9
· Officers assisted a motorist that had locked their keys in their vehicle at their house.
· Units responded to a domestic dispute where one party threatened to damage the caller’s vehicle.
· Ptl. BJ Hauss conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested an occupant for outstanding warrants.
· Units responded to a single-vehicle crash in which a car struck a deer on Heritage Road
· Officers responded to assist the fire department with a dwelling fire on Berkley Road.
· Units responded to a hit and run crash on Berkley Road. The suspect was located and arrested for DUI.
· Officers took a shoplifting report for a suspect that stole a cell phone from the Verizon store.
· Officers responded to a domestic assault between an adult son and his parents. The son fled the scene prior to our arrival. He was quickly located and arrested.
· Units took a crash report in which a vehicle struck a deer on Lambs Road.
· Units responded to a disabled motorist who was stuck on the side of the road during the night hours.
· Officers responded to Inspira Hospital to investigate an aggravated assault in which the victim was attacked by his ex-girlfriend’s associates.
