Locals are invited to learn how food sensitivities can cause physical and mental health issues at an upcoming free workshop.
The event will be held on Thursday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m. at the Float SNJ Spa at 27 N. Maple Ave., (off of Route 70) in Marlton.
Topics to be discussed at the event include the evolution of sensitivities, the “Gut-Brain Connection,” the immune system’s function, how to determine reactive foods and how the body heals naturally following the elimination of offending foods.

Those experiencing digestive issues, migraines and skin problems are encouraged to attend.
Organizers say this information will be “especially helpful” to those who have a mysterious illness which hasn’t yet been diagnosed.
