National Weather Service issues warning

With one to three inches of snow falling this afternoon, the NWS issued a Winter Weather Advisory in Camden County for those on theĀ roads

The National Weather Service has extended a Winter Weather Advisory into Camden and Gloucester counties with snow falling across the region Wednesday afternoon.

The Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 6 p.m. Wednesday evening. The National Weather Service says one to three inches of snow could fall in areas across the region through this evening, when the snow is expected toĀ end.

Residents should prepare for slippery road conditions, especially during the evening commute. The area affected is expected to be a narrow band, so impacts and snow amounts could vary greatly over short distances. If driving in the area, prepare for rapidly changing conditions. In bands of heavier snow, visibilities could beĀ reduced.
