On September 29, a 21-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal attempt/forgery. The man attempted to pass a counterfeit bill at Boscov’s Department Store and he was in possession of drugs and a grinder. He was released on a summons.
