Residents can help collect litter and debris from the tops of storm drain water inlets throughout the township.
Evesham Township will be holding a township-wide community cleanup event on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 8:30 a.m. to noon all throughout Evesham.
Locals are invited to register for the event by picking a location where they can help collect and remove litter and debris from the top of the storm drain water inlets in the township’s neighborhoods.
According to the township, even 15 minutes of volunteering will help make a difference in this cleanup, so residents are encouraged to volunteer.
Those who do volunteer can also enjoy refreshments donated by Evesham businesses following the event at the Main Street Fire Station at noon.
To register for this event, contact Debbie Pease, Evesham’s Clean Communities Coordinator by calling (856) 983–2798 or emailing [email protected].
