A Cherry Hill man was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography on Thursday.
Andre Graves, 51, of Cherry Hill, was charged with possession of child pornography, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office. Detectives from the High-Tech Crimes Unit prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation into possible possession of child pornography based on a tip supplied by the New Jersey State Probation Office on Aug. 1.
Devices that were located at Graves’ place of residence, on the 1300 Block of West Chapel Avenue, were forensically examined on Aug. 2. Images located on the devices resulted in Graves being charged with possession of child pornography.
Graves was arrested on Aug. 2 at his residence without incident. He was processed and later released.
Members of Homeland Security Investigations — Cherry Hill Office assisted the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office HTCU Detectives on this case. The investigation is ongoing. All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
