“This popular Saturday market is one-stop shopping for our residents who are looking to dig into some summer crops this season,” Hughes said in a statement.
In addition to locally grown Jersey Fresh fruits and vegetables, visitors can enjoy a community garden, annual and perennial plants, cut flowers, baked goods and other prepared foods, cheeses, live entertainment, cooking demonstrations, unique crafts and more.
“I am so pleased to offer these weekly markets to our residents and provide opportunities to support and highlight our thriving local agricultural industry,” added Deputy Director Hughes.
