Parking restrictions in effect near Woodcrest PATCO station ahead of Eagles parade

Police will have an extra presence in the area around Woodcrest Station on Thursday.

With heavy traffic congestion expected near the Woodcrest PATCO station expected on Thursday due to the number of people planning to take the train to the Philadelphia Eagles victory parade, Cherry Hill Police will place parking restrictions in the surrounding neighborhoods.

A significant police presence will be in place in the area around Woodcrest in addition to the parking restrictions. Parking restrictions will be in place on a number of residential streets from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday. Parking will be limited to one side of the street on the following roads:

· 1st through 7th Avenues

· Bryant Road

· Carolina Avenue

· Ellis Avenue

· Hoffman Avenue

· Hurff Avenue

· Kassner Avenue

· Longfellow Drive

· North and South Bowling Green Drives

· Palmwood Avenue

· Philmar Avenue

· Walt Whitman Blvd

· Woodfield Court

· Ogden Avenue

· Perot Avenue

· Ward Terrace

· Ashland Avenue

· Dobson Lane

· Morrill Terrace

Parking will be prohibited on both sides of the street on:

· Railroad Boulevard

· York Road

· Lakeside Avenue

· Essex Avenue

· Atlantic Avenue
