Washington Township public schools to be closed Friday, Jan. 5

The schools will be closed due to inclement weather on Thursday, Jan. 4.

Superintendent Joseph Bollendorf announced Thursday evening, Jan. 4, the Washington Township Public School District will be closed on Friday, Jan. 5, due to anticipated drifting snow and extreme temperatures.

According to Bollendorf, the decision was made after consultation with the district and local authorities.
