A New Four-Way Stop installed in Palmyra

Effective Friday, Sept. 29, the intersection of W. Charles Street and Park Avenue will become a four-way stop controlled intersection.

New stop signs have been installed on West Charles Street. Also, as a reminder the speed limit on W. Charles Street is 25 mph.
