Kimberly Rice, president and chief strategist of KLA Marketing Associates and founder of the Women in the Law Rainmaker Forum, recently presented a program entitled “Developing a Prosperous Practice: A Blueprint for Ethically Attracting and Retaining Clients” to lawyers of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Rice, a Cherry Hill resident, led the interactive session, which focused on concrete insights to avoid common mistakes many attorneys make and how to ethically attract and retain clients while earning the respect of your colleagues to develop a solid reputation.
Other topics discussed included how to polish one’s professional presentation, how to build a path to more effective communications skills and how to develop a marketing mindset, all key components to building a successful career in the law.
