Markeim Arts Center’s “Tweens and Teens Summer Art Camp” is from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday the weeks of July 18 and July 25.
Markeim Arts Center’s “Tweens and Teens Summer Art Camp” will focus on S.T.E.A.M. projects for the next two weeks, where science and math meet art in creative ways.
Teens and tweens will make art out of practically everything using a variety of techniques and media to create unique works of art.
The camp is from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday the weeks of July 18 and July 25. Curriculum is especially designed for students ages 12 to 17 who are looking for greater opportunity to create meaningful art in a variety of media or for those students looking to build a portfolio for college admissions.
On, July 18 through the 20, teens and tweens will work on the food chain while July 25 through 27, they while work on animal camouflage.
