Approximately 90 percent of the Class of 2017 will be enrolling in a two or four-year college or university this fall. The remaining students will be attending vocational schools, joining the military, taking a gap year or entering the workforce. Among the schools that will welcome the Class of 2017 in the fall are Rutgers University, Drexel University, New York University, The College of New Jersey, Villanova University, Rowan University, the Pennsylvania State University, University of Texas, the Ohio State University, University of Miami, University of California at Berkeley, Purdue University, Elizabethtown College, Virginia Tech, New York University, The University of Pennsylvania and James Madison University.

As we look forward to welcoming the Class of 2029, the board has engaged in a reflective process to meet the current and future needs of every student in our community. To that end, the board held a retreat last month where we discussed many goals including increasing operational effectiveness, and promoting greater engagement with the community.

In closing, we wish a heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2017. Your achievements are impressive and too expansive to list in full. The board and the entire Moorestown community applaud your successes. We join you and your families in celebrating your graduation and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
