Both teams will play Monday’s regularly scheduled games on Tuesday.
Monday’s rain resulted in the postponement of dozens of high school sports playoff games across South Jersey on Monday, including a couple of games scheduled to take place in Cherry Hill.
Both Cherry Hill High School East boys tennis and Cherry Hill High School West baseball’s playoff games were rained out on Monday. Cherry Hill East boys tennis was slated to take on Lenape High School in the South Jersey Group IV championship match. That match will be played on Tuesday at the Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club at 1 p.m.
Cherry Hill West baseball was slated to open its 2017 postseason at home against Ocean City High School in the first round of the South Jersey Group III playoffs on Monday. That game will now take place on Tuesday at Cherry Hill West beginning at 3:45 p.m.
Cherry Hill East boys volleyball will also open its 2017 playoffs tomorrow afternoon. The Cougars will host Toms River South at 4:30 p.m. in the first round of the South Jersey tournament.
