First Sustainable Moorestown Kid’s Clothing Swap Shop to be held this month

All proceeds benefit the Moorestown Community House restoration project.

The first annual Sustainable Moorestown Kid’s Clothing Swap Shop will be held on Monday, May 15 at the Moorestown Community House in partnership with MooreKids and Live Civilly.

Here’s how it works:

· Start saving all kids’ clothing (infants to age 18) you are interested in donating.

· Bag or box clothing and label by age and gender (please edit out dirty, stained, torn or inappropriate items, infant items divided by 0–3m, 3–6m, 6–12m). No shoes or sports equipment.

· Drop off at the front door of the Community House from 4 to 6 p.m. where volunteers will sort and prepare for your shopping experience.

· Doors open at 6 p.m. and shopping takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

· All items are 50 cents. You do not need quarters — each sale will be rounded down to the nearest dollar. Cash only.

All proceeds benefit the Moorestown Community House restoration project. All remaining items will be donated to the new Urban Promise Thrift Shop in Maple Shade.
