Berlin Borough Police Department to add K-9 Unit

After trying for years, the Berlin Police Department is finally adding a furry face to its patrol team. Radko the German shepherd is training to serve the police force starting July 15. He will assist officers in patrols and tracking around the neighborhood.

Berlin Farmer’s Market’s grand re-opening symbolizes a modern update

Even though it never technically closed, the farmer’s market is still hosting a grand re-opening ceremony April 29. That’s because the owners want to show the public all of the changes and updates the market has made recently, including renovations and new businesses.
