On March 22 at 1:15 p.m., the Evesham Police Department responded to an armed robbery in progress at the Valero Gas Station, 771 W. Route 70.
Police investigation determined that a male walked from behind the building on foot and approached a gas attendant. Police say the suspect then brandished a handgun and demanded money. The attendant gave the male her cell-phone and cash before being pushed to the ground by the robber. The suspect fled on foot towards the rear of the building.
