Chapel Avenue was closed shortly after 9:30 a.m. due to downed wires near the Merchantville border.
Thursday’s snowfall in Cherry Hill caused one road in the township to be blocked off for a few hours.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., Cherry Hill Police reported on social media that Chapel Avenue is currently closed between the circle in Merchantville and Merchant Street in Cherry Hill due to downed wires across the road.
The road re-opened entirely in both directions shortly after 1:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.
