A 15,000 square foot medical office building along Route 70 in Cherry Hill has been purchased.
Real estate firm Markeim Chalmers announced the medical office building located at 1400 Route 70 has been sold to Relievus, a pain management clinic. Cherry Hill will be Relievus’ 17th location in South Jersey. Relievus purchased the property for $3.25 million.
The building was originally sold by Markiem Chalmers Senior Vice President Scott Martin to 1400 Route 70 LLC in July of 2015. Relievus’ purchase of the property closed on Dec. 21, 2016. The building was formerly home to Penn Cardiology.
