A male, age 27, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree distribution of heroin.
The following report is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:
On Oct. 27 at 4:10 p.m., Evesham Police responded to the 800 block of Route 70 for a subject who was unconscious and not breathing as a result of an apparent heroin overdose.
First responders administered Narcan to the unconscious male and he was transported to Virtua Hospital once he regained consciousness.
During the investigation Evesham Officer identified and charged the male suspected of selling the heroin to the victim.
Arrested:
A male, age 27, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree distribution of heroin. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in default of $5,000 bail.
