Marlton resident receives executive promotion at YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties

Tim Kerrihard, president and CEO of YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, has announced executive promotions of key staff members at the organization, including a Marlton resident.

Jennifer Segelken, of Marlton, has been promoted to vice president of strategic advancement.

There she will oversee development efforts of the YMCA, while also taking on direct accountability for a number of the YMCA’s grant-funded initiatives, including the Women’s Opportunity Center (WOC); Realizing Educational And Career Hopes (REACH); Watershed Education by Bike (WEB); Soccer for Success; and Safe Places to Play (City of Camden Parks).

Segelken will also provide senior leadership to the YMCA’s civic engagement programs. Previously, she served as director of development.

“Congratulations to these incredible cause-driven leaders on their well-deserved promotions to the executive leadership team where they will further their efforts to strengthen the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility,” Kerrihard said. “We’re fortunate to have such incredible talent within our organization.”
