On July 23 at 1 a.m., an officer patrolling inside the DDACTS Zone observed a suspicious vehicle parking in a business parking lot after hours. During the investigation Evesham Police K-9 Ciko was called upon to assist officers with the detection of narcotics. K-9 Ciko was walked around the exterior of the suspect’s vehicle at which time he alerted officers to the presence of narcotics inside the car. A subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery of methamphetamines, pharmaceutical pills, marijuana and paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
Arrested:
A male, age 53, of Philadelphia, was charged with third degree possession of meth, third degree possession of pharmaceutical pills, and a disorderly persons offense for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
