The water main replacement projects are scheduled for completion at the end of September.
New Jersey America Water has begun work to replace more than a mile of water mains on four different streets in Cherry Hill.
The $970,000 project includes water main replacements on the following streets:
· Edison Road, from Churchill Road to Munn Avenue
· Valley Run Drive, from West Ormond Avenue to Maine Avenue
· Valley Place, from Valley Run Drive to the end of Valley Place
· West Ormond Avenue
Motorists are asked to take caution when driving through these areas. The project is expected to improve water service reliability and increase water flow for household use and firefighting. The water main replacement should be completed by the end of September. Cherry Hill Township is scheduled to complete final paving of the road some time in the fall.
