Moorestown Police Reports for May 10 to 17

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On May 10, a 21-year-old man of Burlington was charged with resisting srrest while attempting to apprehend subject on outstanding warrants. He was charged on a summons.

On May 11, arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia were two 18-year-old males of Mt. Laurel. Subjects were located behind the Family Dollar on Camden Ave. Both subjects were released on a summons.

On May 11, a 42-year-old female of Glassboro was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Bryant took two sets of sheets valued at $230 from Macy’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. She was released on a summons.

On May 13, a 25-year-old male of Moorestown was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension. The man provided false information on a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a summons.

On May 14, a 23-year-old man of Pennsauken was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and receiving stolen property. He was in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He was turned over to the Maple Shade Police for the stolen motor vehicle and bail was set at $20,000 with 10 percent.

On May 15, a 47-year-old woman of Moorestown was arrested and charged with simple assault due to a domestic altercation. She was released ROR (release on recognizance) on a warrant.

On May 16, a 38-year-old man of Delanco was arrested and charged with terroristic threats due to a domestic situation. He was released ROR on a warrant

On May 17, a 28-year-old man of Mt. Laurel was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting for taking clothing valued at $86 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall and returning same for store credit, then took clothing valued at $126.96 and again returned same for store credit. He was also charged with receiving stolen property, which was from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Mt Laurel for a total value of $170. He was committed to the Burlington County Jail on $2,500 bail.
