The Camden County Library is trying something different this year.
Children, tweens and teens are invited to visit one of the library’s eight branches on Saturday, Jan. 2 and read for at least 15 minutes to be entered in its Read-in-the-New Year drawing.
At the end of the day a name will be drawn from those who registered to participate and a prize will be awarded. The reader need not be present at the drawing. Winners will be notified.
