The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:
On Dec. 3, arrested and charged with shoplifting from Old Navy on Nixon Drive was a 48-year-old man of Philadelphia. He took various articles of clothing and placed them in a shopping bag. The total value of the theft was $234.34. He was released on a summons.
On Dec. 6, due to a domestic situation a 50-year-old male of Moorestown was arrested and charged with simple assault. He was transported to the Burlington County Jail in default of $2,500Â bail.
On Dec. 7, a victim had credit cards, which were either lost or stolen, and subsequently they were used at various locations.
On Dec. 10, a victim had their vehicle keyed on the passenger door and rear fender while parked at place of employment on Harper Drive.
