Philadelphia man arrested after waving knife in road-rage incident

The following information comes from Evesham Police Lt. Joseph Friel:

On May 21 at 4 p.m., Evesham Officers responded to the area of Route 70 and Troth Road for a suspect who waved a large knife out of a window at another motorist during a road-rage incident.

Both vehicles were stopped on Route 70 in Medford Township by Medford Police officers. The investigation led to a passenger in the suspect vehicle being arrested along with the recovery of the knife used during the incident.

Arrested:

A male, age 23, of Philadelphia, was charged with third degree unlawful possession of a weapon. He was released on his own recognizance.
