The Moorestown Friends School 17th Annual Science and Engineering Exposition (S.E.E.) will take place Thursday, April 16. Students in grades five to 12 will showcase more than 200 displays of science learning for faculty, families and younger students.
Highlights include electrically wired models built by the fifth grade, a volcano exhibit hosted by the sixth grade, and an explanation by the ninth grade of the pros and cons of bringing back the woolly mammoth. Upper School students will show younger students the chemistry of cooking, Arduino-controlled miniature displays and novel designs of urban spaces based on the Knights Foundation Cities Challenge.
S.E.E. will be held in the Red Gym, the Field House Gym, and the Practice Gym at MFS. Beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 12:45 p.m., S.E.E. is open to the entire MFS community.
