The Bloom Organization, a leading commercial industrial real estate management firm located in Mt. Laurel, recognizes two local brokers with awards for the most properties leased and most square footage leased within the Bloom portfolio of properties in 2014.
On Monday Feb. 2, key Bloom personnel presented the most properties leased award to Todd Levin of Wolf Commercial Real Estate, a first-time award recipient. Also named for the first time was William Pounds of WH Pounds Real Estate. Although unable to attend the presentation, he was recognized by Bloom for the most square feet leased in 2014.
“The broker community is extremely important to our success and this year we are proud to recognize two first-time recipients,” said K.C. Isdaner, chief operating officer at The Bloom Organization. “This annual program is just one way we reinforce these partnerships and foster on-going relationships in a positive way.”
