Moorestown will not add a State Group III title to its South Jersey Group III sectional title.
Moorestown was defeated by Colts Neck 4–1 in the State Group III semifinal on Wednesday, Nov. 19. The two teams played to a 0–0 draw in the first half before Abbey Brooks put Moorestown in front 1–0 early in the second half. Colts Neck rallied to score four second half goals against the Quakers to seal the victory.
Carly Blessing had seven saves for Moorestown in the loss.
