The Haddon Fortnightly General Club is having its annual fundraiser on Nov. 8. This year the entertainment has changed! There will be having a delicious lunch served at Tavistock Country Club followed by an engaging and enjoyable afternoon of music.
Jeffrey Wienand, who is a classically trained baritone and pianist, will provide entertainment featuring music through the decades, including opera, classical and standards. Jeffrey has performed throughout the country including performances at Carnegie Hall and the Gusman Center for Performing Arts in Miami. Jeffrey is a native of Pittsburgh, Pa. and teaches voice and piano locally, through the Conservatory of Musical Arts in Audubon.
There will be raffle baskets, a 50–50 and lots of folks to socialize with. It is expected to be a great afternoon!! Please join the club members! The cost is only $35.00. There will be a cash bar available at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m.
