Three running unopposed for Medford Board of Education

Two incumbents and one familiar face will be running unopposed for the Medford Township Board of Education this upcoming election, according to the Burlington County Board of Elections.

Incumbent board members Katherine Santamore and Amy Duca will be running unopposed for re-election. Joining them will be Trudy Cole, a former board member who lost her seat to David Bermingham in the 2013 election.

Santamore is one of the longest-tenured members of the board and serves as its vice president. Duca is running for her second consecutive term. She was first elected to the board in 2011.

Cole is running for the board again one year after she lost her seat to Bermingham by 583 votes. She is running for the seat of Amy Davidson. Davidson is not running for re-election.

The Board of Education election will take place alongside the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
