As part of its Make It at Mt. Laurel Library project, the Mt. Laurel Library is hosting introductory programs for Arduino and 3D Printing in July. No registration is required and the programs are open to the public.
An intro to 3D printing class will be held on Wednesday, July 16 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Come see a 3D printer in action and learn all about it including how you can print items at the library.
There will also be a 3D printing demonstration on Wednesday, July 30 from 11 a.m. to 12:30Â p.m.
On Wednesday, July 16 at 7 p.m., John LeMasney from LeMasney Consulting will teach the basics about Arduino. Arduino is an open source hardware project that allows you to quickly learn about electronics and sensors. Because of the rich community of users who share what they know and availability in local stores like RadioShack, Arduino lowers the threshold of entry into the world of electronics programming. Learn how to get started with this powerful platform.
