Evesham Township Police Blotter June 9 — June 15

The following reports are on file with the Evesham Township police department:

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, June 9:

Route 70 West — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in arrest for ATS warrant.

Route 73 South — Shoplifting: Shoplifting occurred with suspect fleeing on foot.

Tuckerton Road — Found Property: Resident turned in a found wallet.

Windsor Lane — Missing Person: Subject reported missing by her husband.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, June 10:

Route 70 East — CDS Paraphernalia: During a motor vehicle stop the driver was found in possession of CDS paraphernalia.

Route 70 West — Theft: Victims cell phone was stolen while at work.

Country Farms Road — Fraud: Victim reports someone claiming to be from IRS trying to get money.

Evesboro-Medford Road — Hindering: During a pedestrian stop for a bicycle violation the accused provided a false name and date of birth.

Greentree Road — Burglary: Victim reported she arrived home after spending time in Florida to find that her apartment looked as if someone had been living in it.

Kettle Run Road — Dumping: Fencing was left on roadway on Kettle Run Road.

Kings Grant Drive — Contempt of Court: Defendant was stopped for speeding and arrested with a warrant out of Cherry Hill.

Mitchell Court — Harassment: Fake phone call received from subject claiming to be IRS agent threatening to sue the victim.

Sharp Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, June 11:

Route 70 East — Huffing: Suspect was “huffing” in parking lot of Walmart.

Route 73 North — Theft: The victim reported that unknown subjects stole the front and rear license plates from his truck.

Route 73 South — Found Property: Wallet found at the Promenade, returned to owner.

Route 73 South — Shoplifting: Suspects took various items.

Caldwell Avenue — CDS-Possession: Accused was found in possession of 14 bags of heroin during a pedestrian stop.

Cranberry Court — Contempt of Court: Suspect arrested for numerous ATS warrants during a possible burglary.

Maple Avenue, North — Theft: Victim accidentally left his wallet on the counter after making a purchase. Video showed a female taking the wallet.

Shalstone Lane — Disorderly Conduct: Suspect was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and underage consumption of alcohol.

Woodlake Drive — Identity Theft: Subject responded to station report that he discovered that an unknown person had obtained his debit card information and used it to purchase merchandise in Florida.

• The following incidents occurred on Thursday, June 12:

Route 70 East — Found Property: Found wallet. Returned to owner.

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Following a motor vehicle stop, suspect was arrested for two active ATS warrants.

Abington Avenue — Criminal Trespass: Victim observed an unknown person in his backyard.

Eagle Row — Fraud: Victim reported fraudulent activity on her credit card.

Maple Avenue, North — CDS-Paraphernalia: Motor vehicle stop led to arrest for heroin needle.

• The following incidents occurred on Friday, June 13:

Route 70 East — Defiant Trespassing: Owner of Snap Fitness advised police that a member who has been revoked is continuing to come to the gym.

Route 73 North — Shoplifting: A subject was identified from an earlier shoplifting incident.

Route 73 North — Credit Card Fraud: Suspect attempted to use a fraudulent credit card at the store.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in warrant arrest.

Route 73 South — Shoplifting: Suspect shoplifted items from Target and ran from the store on foot.

Evesboro-Medford Road — Found Property: Anonymous person found debit card in parking lot.

Maple Avenue, North — Harassment: Victim received harassing anonymous letters.

• The following incidents occurred on Saturday, June 14:

Route 73 North — CDS-Possession: During a motor vehicle stop a consent to search was conducted and the owner of the vehicle was arrested for possession of CDS and paraphernalia.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: During a motor vehicle stop the driver and passenger were arrested for outstanding warrants.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in driver having an ATS warrant.

Tuckerton Road — Lost Property: Subject lost key to his vehicle in a parking lot.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Male committed to BCJ on ATS warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Sunday, June 15:

Barton Run Boulevard — Identity Theft: ID theft. Credit cards opened in victims name.

Randor Boulevard — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop lead to arrest for active ATS warrant.
