One Love Animal Rescue LLC will partner with Moorestown Eye Associates to host a fundraiser for homeless animals.
On Wednesday, June 25 from 6 to 8 p.m., Moorestown Eye Associates will host the “Made in the Shades” fundraising event with One Love Animal Rescue. Attendees of the event can shop for their summer sunglasses, while meeting some great adoptable dogs. Moorestown Eye Associates will donate 100 percent of the proceeds for the sale of sunglasses during the vent to benefit homeless animals in the One Love Animal Rescue organization. “Having community support from local businesses like Moorestown Eye is crucial for us to continue the important work of saving homeless animals,” remarked Sherri Smith, chairman of One Love. “Dr. Friedman and and her husband are long-time animal advocates, and I know this cause is very important to both of them.”
Moorestown Eye Associates will welcome event guests into the newly renovated and expanded office of Dr. Kimberly K. Friedman, Dr. Les Friedman and Dr. Anna Melinger; optometric physicians. Dr. Kimberly Friedman summed it up best when she stated, “We are thrilled to partner with One Love Animal Rescue! As long time adopters of special needs dogs, both my husband and I are pleased that we can combine our passions through this event, helping to unite dogs with loving families and providing UV protection to promote healthy vision for a lifetime!”
