Samantha J. Foss has joined leading New Jersey law firm Parker McCay as an associate in the business and corporate department in the commercial litigation practice area. Foss focuses her practice on corporate litigation as well as transactional law. She represents clients in matters relating to contract, property, product liability, and tort issues. In addition, she counsels corporations and community associations regarding contracts, governance and other legal issues.
She will be based out of the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Foss was an attorney at Burns White LLC. Prior to that, she was an associate at White and Williams LLP. As a law student, she served as a judicial intern for Pennsylvania Superior Court judge James J. Fitzgerald III and also interned with the Rutgers-Camden civil practice clinic.
Foss, a resident of Cherry Hill, , earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden and her bachelor’s degree from Temple University. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
