Shamong Township Schools hosted Peter Shulman, chief talent officer/assistant commissioner of teacher and leader effectiveness and Dr. Bob Fisicaro, implementation manager EE4NJ, NJ Department of Education at Indian Mills School.
During the 2-hour visit, Mr. Shulman and Dr. Fisicaro discussed any concerns, suggestions or feedback the staff had concerning the teacher evaluation implementation process. The time spent having these discussions was very valuable and left the door open for future communication.
Present at the meeting was Dr. Dolores Szymanski, Karen Clementi, Mike Mados and Nicole Moore. Karen Clementi and Peter Shulman also discussed ways in which the state could better communicate with Burlington County teachers regarding the implementation of EE4NJ.
