Students ‘Get Fired Up’ over winter break

The Mt. Laurel Fire Department and the Mt. Laurel Library are excited to announce the fourth year of the Get Fired Up for Literacy program from Dec. 21 to Jan. 9, a reading contest for all Mt. Laurel public school students in grades 1 through 4.

Grand prize winners will receive a ride to school in a fire truck.

Winners will be posted Friday, Jan. 13.

All Mt. Laurel students in grades 1 through 4 will receive a letter and reading log prior to the start of winter break.
