The following items can be found on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:
• A Redman Avenue resident reported to police on Jan. 3 at 7:58 p.m. a burglary to her home. An officer met the victim outside of her home and she said when she returned to her house, the back door had been forced open.
The suspect stole a flat-screen television and a desktop computer.
• A Chews Landing Road resident reported to police on Jan. 4 at 4:04 p.m. that while he was upstairs, he heard a loud noise from downstairs. He went down and saw his side door open and a white Ministar van driving down from his driveway. Nothing appeared to be stolen.
• A Birchall Drive resident reported to police on Jan. 5 at 8:47 p.m. the she heard a loud banging coming from her back door. Officers came to the scene and found that a suspect had pried open the screen door and he tried to pry open the screen to the house. However, the suspect must have been scared off as they left the scene before gaining entry to the home.
Nothing was stolen from the property.
• A representative from Haddonfield Memorial High School contacted police on Jan. 6 at 2:38 p.m. and reported that someone used bolt cutters to break into the school’s maintenance shed sometime between Dec. 23 and Jan. 6.
A lawnmower, leaf blowers, aerator, seeder, edge and spreader were stolen from the shed. They were valued at a total of $5,225.
• A Kings Highway West resident reported to police on Jan. 6 at 2:25 p.m. that his home had been burgled. A suspect entered the home through his two-car garage and stole a leaf blower and generator.
They were valued at a total of $1,500.
• A Reillywood Avenue reported to police on Jan. 10 at 5:58 a.m., that someone entered her husband’s unlocked car sometime overnight and took $10 in change.
• A South Atlantic Avenue East resident reported to police on Jan. 10 at 3:46 p.m. that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole two pairs of sunglasses and a pair of Steve Madden high heels.
The items were valued at $499.
