Stroke! Stroke! Stroke!

The Moorestown Rowing Club’s Boys Light Weight 4, were invited to race at the 2011 U.S. Rowing’s Youth National Championships on Lake Melton in Oak Ridge, Tenn. last month. This is an elite regatta for high schools and racing clubs from across the nation. This year over 1,500 athletes competed for national titles in 18 boat classes. The Moorestown Rowing Club was represented by two boats, the Girls Varsity 8 which took sixth place in the “C” finals and the Boys Light Weight 4 which took third place in the “C” finals.
